When I sharpen photos in Photoshop I prefer the High Pass filter. It’s very straightforward and very easy to apply. Here are the techniques I demonstrate in this short video tutorial:

  • Creating a merged/stamped layer
  • Adding high-pass sharpening
  • Masking the area
