I love to make my photos bright and colorful images in Photoshop. While there are many tools to boost the saturation of an image, my favorite method is the Orton Effect, which is a fantastic way to boost color and really make it “pop”. This is a very simple effect I have been using for years and is a fantastic finishing touch to any color photograph. It also has the advantage of not over-saturating the image.
