Hi! In Photoshop, is there anyway to remove some of the snowflakes? Like there is one RIGHT on the girls face that I would love to erase but it doesn’t seem to let me!

I would recommend masking the snow overlay layer. Add a Layer Mask and paint over the mask with Black. The layer might be a Smart Object, which is why it won’t let you erase over it. Masking should do the trick!
