After the unimpressive sunrise on the first day of the tulip farm, Brian Bonham and I went out the next morning, hoping for some beautiful color in the sky. Again, we were underwhelmed by the overcast and gray skies, so I took matters into my own hands using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and onOne Software’s Perfect Photo Suite 7.
I used a completely different sky for this image, and set things up to make it look as if it is a never-ending field of tulips going off into the sunset. When, in fact, it was a blah white sky and some out-of-focus trees and building stuff that was just, well, boring.
