This past weekend I was invited to hang out with a group of other foodies for a food photographer event (link here). A local BBQ catering business, R&R BBQ, cooked up a bunch of delicious meat and we all took turns photographing each set. It was a lot of fun, and the food was awesome!

We had a nice simple lighting setup (one light for back-light and a reflector to fill in the front/side of the dish … here’s a link to a BTS photo). I’m definitely looking forward to more of these in the future. :)
