Mountains Canon 7D, Canon 24-105mm ƒ/4L IS lens, HDR image, ƒ/8, ISO 100

I took my new tripod out last night for the first time (the Induro CT114). I found a great spot to photograph some of the mountains in this beautiful valley, and I even tried my hand at HDR for the first “real” time. I downloaded Photomatix and processed a few of my images … I’m really amazed at the difference between this and the “normal” shot. I think I could really get into HDR. :)
