I found this little doggy in an alleyway in Hoi An, Vietnam during my trip last November. Hoi An is an extremely vibrant and photographable place … I was always sure to wake up early and explore the town before it became over-crowded with tourists, and created some of my best photographs during that time.

I’m so curious–at 1/50, you must have had that huge lens on a tripod, right? Were you planning to take a picture of the empty alley and the dog just happened to walk through your shot? Or did you follow him in there? The dog really makes the shot, so whatever aligned to make it happen. . . kudos!
cute …….feel like touching him!
