Win My New Book! Canon 60D: From Snapshots to Great Shots

It’s official! My new book, EOS Canon 60D: From Snapshots to Great Shots, is in-stock and available to order! Earlier this year I wrote the Canon 7D version of the book, and so when the 60D was rumored to come out I was asked to revise my book to work for the 60D. This is the second book I’ve written for this Snapshots series … of which there are a ton of other books written by several other amazing and talented authors. :)
So, to kick off my book release I’m going to be giving away THREE signed copies of my book to my readers! Everyone is eligible … all you have to do is comment on the blog for a shot at one of the books! Be sure you include your email address so I can contact you for your address if you get picked.
Comments will close on January 4th at 12:00 MST, and shortly after that I will randomly pick the three names. Good luck!

Someone told me that getting a good camera is a good investment in life. With this comment, the first camera I picked up is Canon 60D. Athough I know nothing much about photo taking, but I really believe is a good investment.
The Canon 60D is an awesome camera for both still and video photography I use the camera as a backup for my 7D. I own your book for the 7D and it’s been very useful for me and it travels in my photo backpack with the camera at all times.
I have a canon 60D and my father doubts if I could really do it. He doesn’t think I would….on my facebook acocunt I was able to capture good photos for my first month on DSLR…. I want to prove my father wrong…and make him proud of me…even just this…. they didn’t like my suggestion of a 60D and they wanted to get me an entry level but I already own a film SLR and I want to prove to them I have learned a lot and is studying well. I want to tell them that their investment is worth it because for me…photography is a hobby to change the world one step at a time. :)

The 60D could very well be my next camera (chosing between Canon 60D, Nikon D7000 and Pentax K5 right now), and this book might help me to make that choice! LLAP.
