This photo demonstrates one of my favorite techniques to use when I have my point-and-shoot camera … I use a slow shutter speed and the flash, then twist the camera while the shutter is open. I have a lot of photos like this, but this one is my favorite. So my friend Rich gets the honor of being my second “Photo of the Year”. :)
